Experience
Iñigo has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, LBO/MBO, as well as in corporate and commercial law, including corporate restructuring, shareholders’ agreements, capital increases, joint ventures, etc. He also specializes in all kinds of financial operations and frequently advises on real estate law, both in the negotiation and preparation of all types of contracts and in the definition of investment and real estate financing structures.
He represents Spanish and international companies in a wide range of areas. His clients include several investment funds and venture capital companies having been involved in complex operations.
Prior to his incorporation in RCD, he developed his career at Cuatrecasas.
