Bullnet Capital leads a funding round in FlexiiC, a company specialised in the development of integrated circuits
Bullnet Capital, an independent firm specialised in venture capital, has led a funding round in FlexilC, a spin-off from the Barcelona Institute of Microelectronics (IMB-CNM) of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), dedicated to the design and development of organic and flexible integrated circuits based on thin-film transistor technologies
With this transaction, Bullnet Capital expands its portfolio of assets, consolidating its leadership as a venture capital firm specialising in high-tech companies, such as software, electronics, semiconductors, and photonics.
In addition, the new funds will enable the start-up to accelerate its industrialisation process and the commercialisation of the first product families, as well as to strengthen its engineering team, secure manufacturing agreements, and expand its commercial activity.
A team led by Judith Saladrigas and Ana Belén Jurado advised Bullnet Capital on this transaction.
