DWF-RCD participates in the new edition of the Insolvency Area book “Práctica Concursal (Majada)", published by Wolters Kluwer
The firm’s Bankruptcy Area is leading the updating of this classic on bankruptcy law, which is adjusted to the new structure of the Revised Insolvency Law, implemented in September
The prestigious editorial Wolters Kluwer has recently published a revised edition of the insolvency area book “Práctica Concursal” from Arturo Majada, a reference work in bankruptcy law. The book, published in two volumes and available both in print and in a digital version, is the most up-to-date guide on insolvency law, collecting the latest declarations on bankruptcy matters, as well as the Revised Insolvency Law structure, and including practical comments, cases, forms and procedural frameworks. The publication is meant for all professionals within Insolvency Law who wish to remain up to date on news, the interpretation of the new Revised Law and its practical applications.
The DWF-RCD Insolvency team undertook the review and adaptation of this work, in a project headed by the partner managing the area, Jordi Albiol, and coordinated by Senior Associate, Cristian Valcárcel. This collaboration marks an outstanding milestone for the firm’s insolvency area, both for the prestige and the responsibility of such a project.
