Experience

Prior to her incorporation in RCD, she exercised various positions of responsibility in the public sector: she was the Director of Territorial Services of a local government in the province of Barcelona, the Director of Legal Assistance of the local Prat Nord (CPN) consortium and the Director of the Legal Department of Incasòl (Catalan Land Institute). This career development has given her a wide range of experience in contentious administrative proceedings and advising autonomous and local public organizations, as well as companies and investment groups in their legal relations with the administration.

OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION

She has been a professor for the Master's of Law at the UPF, teaching a course on administrative litigation. Previously, she had taught administrative law for the bachelor´s degree in Law, Political Science and Labor Relations at UPF and also for the Master's degree in Public Law and Administrative Organization of the same university.
