Flexible remuneration Insurtech company Vitaance completes its sale to PIB Group
Vitaance, one of the most advanced employee welfare and benefits technology platforms on the market, has completed its sale to PIB Group, a global insurance broker, strengthening its position in the areas of personal protection, flexible compensation, and corporate welfare
Vitaance is a flexible remuneration app that allows companies to offer benefits such as restaurant vouchers, health insurance, and transport. It currently has over 10,000 users and expects to triple its growth in a year.
As part of the transaction, Ana Zamora, founder and CEO of Vitaance, joins PIB Group Iberia as the Director of Flexible Compensation, where she will lead the integration of the platform and the development of new solutions focused on well-being and talent retention.
A team led by Ramon Manyà advised Vitaance on this transaction.
