Experience
Francisco is an expert in managing tax proceedings before the tax authorities, specialising in the defence of taxpayers’ rights, guarantees, and interests.
He has led numerous appeals before various courts, including Economic and Administrative Courts, High Courts of Justice, the National High Court, the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Court, and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
Before joining RCD, Francisco advanced in his professional career at other law firms such as Garrigues and Cuatrecasas.
