Francisco is specialised in corporate and commercial law. He has extensive experience in company and contract law.
He frequently takes on the legal management of all types of litigation and arbitration processes of both corporate and contractual nature. Additionally, he regularly advises on M&A operations, venture capital and private equity, corporate restructuring, and real estate transactions.
He acts as a Secretary and Vice Secretary on the board of directors of multiple companies in various sectors, both listed and unlisted.
He has extensive experience advising family businesses, having executed a multitude of generational succession processes and led the preparation of family protocols.
Before joining RCD, Francisco advanced in his professional career at Montero | Aramburu and, later on, at Zurbarán Abogados, as a partner of their corporate and commercial department.
