Once again, the firm is positioned as the most active in the specific Venture Capital ranking for the first half of 2024, as well as ranking in the Top-3 by deal value. The firm also achieved fourth position in the ranking by number of M&A transactions.
On an individual level, Iñaki Frías, partner of the Corporate and Commercial Law Area, is ranked fourth in the Top 10 most active advisors. Similarly, Ramon Manyà, an associate of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Area, and Antonio Guerrero, an associate of the Corporate and Commercial Law Area, have been recognised as Rising Star Dealmakers.
