Experience
Gustavo has over 20 years of experience as a specialist in national and international litigation and arbitration, as well as in contractual, corporate, and industrial property disputes, unfair competition, and economic criminal law.
He advises clients with a broad range of profiles across a variety of sectors, especially industrial companies, construction companies, cybersecurity companies, telecommunications operators, and financial institutions, and provides ongoing advice to industrial groups in their day-to-day activities and in disputes arising from contracts with the public administration.
Prior to joining RCD, Gustavo advanced in his professional career as a partner in various national and international law firms, as well as in a number of management positions in the legal department of Grupo STS.
