RCD, a law firm of reference, continues to advance in its growth strategy and commitment to employing the best talent with the incorporation of Gustavo Calzado as a new partner in the Dispute Resolution Department
Gustavo has over 20 years of experience as a specialist in national and international litigation and arbitration, as well as in contractual, corporate, and industrial property disputes, unfair competition, and economic criminal law. He advises clients with a broad range of profiles across a variety of sectors, especially industrial companies, construction companies, cybersecurity companies, telecommunications operators, and financial institutions, and provides ongoing advice to industrial groups in their day-to-day activities and in disputes arising from contracts with the public administration.
Prior to joining RCD, Gustavo Calzado advanced in his professional career as a partner in various national and international law firms, as well as in a number of management positions in corporate legal advisory.
This new addition to the team is part of the ongoing growth of the firm which, in recent months, has made significant moves such as the expansion of its Valencia office and the opening of a second office in Andalusia, namely in the city of Córdoba, as well as key hires for growth in strategic transactional areas (in particular Banking & Finance) or, in this case, in the area of Dispute Resolution.
