iLERNA acquires the exam preparation firm Educalive
iLERNA, a leading educational group in vocational training, has completed the acquisition of 100% of Educalive, a company specialising in online preparation for vocational training and university entrance exams
This transaction broadens the training services offered by the group by incorporating its own solution for students needing to prepare for entrance exams to higher education, an area in which iLERNA had not previously been active, having focused exclusively on intermediate and advanced vocational training courses.
A team led by Oscar Alegre and Miquel Campos advised iLERNA on this transaction. Previously, the firm also advised the company on the integration of Bilbao Formación.
