Experience

Oscar specialises in advising entrepreneurs and companies on M&A transactions, and is one of the most active lawyers in the country in this type of deal.

He also advises on technology and biotech projects throughout the conceptualisation of the business project, the negotiation with investors in the framework of funding rounds, and the sale, where applicable, of the company. In addition, Oscar advises public research entities in the framework of their technology transfer and spin-off creation activities.
