Once again, the firm ranks as the most active in the third quarter of 2025 in the specific ranking for Venture Capital, as well as consolidating its position among the leading firms in terms of transaction value. The firm also ranks fourth in terms of number of M&A transactions and is among the most active in Private Equity.
At an individual level, Iñaki Frías, partner of the Corporate and Commercial Law Area, ranks first in the Top 10 of the overall transaction ranking, in which Oscar Alegre, partner of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Area, also stands out.
David Pintos, Director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Area, and Antonio Guerrero, Director of the Corporate and Commercial Law Area, have been recognised as Rising Star Dealmakers.
