New extension of the accounting moratorium: one more year of leeway
Cinco Días has published an opinion piece signed by Sara Rafecas, of the Corporate and Commercial Law Department, analysing the reactivation of the accounting moratorium, which allows losses from 2020 and 2021 to continue to be excluded from the calculation of net worth until the end of the financial year beginning in 2025, thus avoiding the potential occurrence of legal grounds for dissolution
