Jesús is specialised in providing advice on the financial matters and, more specifically, in operations and financial transactions of various types, including corporate finance, asset finance, and project finance, as well as restructuring and refinancing. Additionally, he has a relevant specialisation in structured asset finance operations and extensive experience in the financing of vessels, aircrafts, projects in the energy sector, R&D, and the media industry.
Recognised by Chambers&Partners as one of the leading lawyers in Spain in his speciality, the new RCD partner has a Law Degree from the University of Vigo and a Master's Degree in International Banking and Finance Law from the London School of Economics (LSE). Before his incorporation in RCD, Estévez advanced in his career in various international law firms. Jesús joins RCD alongside a team of professionals formed by María Fandiño, Grazziella González y Elia Lizarraga.
