María is specialised in advising international financial institutions and investment funds in structured financing, and syndicated and/or bilateral financing transactions of all types of real estate assets, shopping centres, hotels, logistics parks, and housing projects.
Additionally, she has a relevant specialisation in structured financing transactions for vessels and R&D.
Prior to joining RCD, María advanced in her professional career as a Senior Manager at Mazars and at BBVA.
