RCD, leader in FinTech in the new edition of Chambers & Partners FinTech 2024
The Chambers and Partners FinTech 2024 guide once again recognises RCD as the most relevant law firm in FinTech. In addition, it once again places Ignasi Costas among the best lawyers in Spain in this discipline, alongside David Villa, who has consolidated his place in the ranking
The prestigious international legal directory, Chambers and Partners, has published a new edition of its Chambers FinTech guide, recognising RCD as a leading firm for legal advice in this area (Band 1). These excellent results position the firm as one of the best in this discipline, as well as giving continuity to the position of leadership the firm has held in recent years.
Individually, Chambers and Partners has recognised Ignasi Costas, Head of the firm's Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practice, in Band 1, which places him as one of the two best Spanish lawyers in this practice, together with David Villa, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Partner, who solidifies his position in Band 4.
For the preparation of this guide, Chambers conducted independent research based on interviews with key figures in the innovation sector, both domestically and internationally.
This recognition is further proof of the position of RCD as a leading law firm in the most disruptive and innovative disciplines.
