RCD welcomes Albert Martínez and David Molina to the firm as directors in strategic areas

RCD, a leading law firm, has been joined by Albert Martínez as Innovation and Entrepreneurship Director and David Molina as Digital Law and Data Protection Director, within the framework of its robust strategic growth plan and solid focus on the best talent

Albert has extensive experience providing specialised legal advice to companies in the technology and biotechnology sectors. His expertise includes providing recurring advice on technology and biotech projects, industrial property, data protection, and commercial and corporate law, including companies listed on BME Growth and market listing processes.

Albert has a Law Degree from the University of Barcelona and a Postgraduate Degree in Fundamentals of English Business Law from London Guildhall University (Metropolitan University). He also has a Juris Doctor from the American Bar Association and a Master's Degree in Information Society Law from the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB) Campus.

In turn, David has extensive experience in advising both domestic and international clients in the area of digital law (data protection, IT contracts, e-commerce, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence). He advises companies operating in multiple sectors, including pharmaceuticals and healthcare, food and beverages, automotive, energy, information technology, and e-commerce.

David has a Law Degree from Pompeu Fabra University, where he has also worked as a professor. He also has a Master's Degree in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law from ESADE. Prior to joining RCD, David advanced in his career in national and international law firms.

With these new additions, the firm is expanding its range of capabilities in two strategic areas and reinforcing its commitment to offering clients highly specialised advice, aligned with their current and future needs.
