Albert has extensive experience providing specialised legal advice to companies in the technology and biotechnology sectors, particularly in the field of research and development, as well as in the protection, exploitation, and transfer of their technology.
His professional experience includes providing recurring advice on technology and biotech projects, industrial property, data protection, and corporate and commercial law, including companies listed on BME Growth and market listing processes. He also has extensive experience in M&A transactions and financing rounds, both domestically and internationally, and has participated in litigation and transactions related to patents, designs, trademarks, trade secrets, know-how, and unfair competition.
Albert has worked closely with numerous technology companies as an external legal advisor. Before joining RCD, he advanced in his career as a founding partner of a boutique law firm and has collaborated with other law firms linked to his area of practice.
