Tedisel Medical, which specialises in the manufacture of medical equipment for inpatient wards, intensive care units, critical care units, and operating theatres, has completed its sale to Reinsberg Group, a European healthcare technology group in which the investment firm BHM Group holds a stake
With this transaction, the Reinsberg Group consolidates its presence in the Spanish market by integrating a manufacturer with its own production facilities, proven expertise and an international track record. The acquisition forms part of the group’s strategy to promote a European platform of companies specialising in medical technology, and comprehensive solutions for hospitals and healthcare centres.
A team led by Ramon Manyà and Ismael Peralta advised the sole shareholder of Tedisel on this transaction.
