RCD advised Essentialist, a leading digital luxury travel booking company, in a funding round carried out to accelerate its growth, especially in the field of technology, and build up its brand at a global level
The company was launched in 2017 with the aim of offering a digital service for luxury travellers focused on creating unique and tailor-made travel experiences, instantly and easily, using its own technology.
A team led by David Villa and Carlos Domínguez, Partner and Associate of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Area, respectively, advised Essentialist in this transaction.
