Vallfirest, a leading firefighting and prevention company, has taken a decisive step forward in its global expansion with the acquisition of 40% of the company by Suma Capital, with the aim of boosting its growth, especially in the United States and South America
The company is renowned for its innovative solutions for large-scale firefighting. Although the main operational centre is in Vallgorguina, Vallfirest already has plants in Colorado and Uruguay.
A team from the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Area led by Oscar Alegre, Antoni Rosselló, and Diego Unceta advised Vallfirest in this transaction.
