Advising the online crowdfunding platform, Dozen Investments, on its integration with the Orbyn group
The online crowdfunding platform, Dozen Investments, formerly The Crowd Angel, has been integrated with the alternative investment business group Orbyn, which also owns the crowdfunding platform, Fellow Funders
The integration of the two platforms into the group, which will continue to operate independently, aims to provide registered investors with the best of both platforms by ensuring diversity and a wide range of investment opportunities.
A team from the Corporate and Commercial Area, led by Iñaki Frías and Jordi Roselló, advised Dozen Investments on this transaction.
