Alejandro specialises in corporate and commercial law, and has extensive experience with international commercial contracts and technology transfer.
He is an expert in advising technology companies, universities and research centres on the protection of intellectual and industrial property, technology transfer, and business creation, as well as on institutional issues and the internal regulation of said entities. His professional practice includes the legal advising of national and international companies on matters of privacy, data protection and information technology.
Alejandro completed his law degree in Argentina and continued his studies in Spain where he advanced most of his professional career, knowing both jurisdictions well.
