Once again, the firm ranks as the most active in the first half of 2025 in the specific ranking for Venture Capital, as well as positioning itself in the Top 3 in terms of transaction value. The firm also ranks third in the ranking by number of M&A transactions.
At an individual level, Iñaki Frías, partner of the Corporate and Commercial Law Area, ranks first in the Top 10 of the overall transaction ranking, which also features Oscar Alegre and David Villa, partners of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Area.
