BUSUP acquires IOMOB to integrate multiple corporate mobility solutions into a single platform
BUSUP, a leading corporate mobility company, has completed the acquisition of IOMOB, a start-up specialising in Mobility as a Service (MaaS) technology, thereby expanding its technological capabilities to integrate and manage various corporate mobility services from a single platform, simplifying operational management and decision-making for businesses
The technology of IOMOB will be integrated into the software of BUSUP, enabling the recommendation of the best route for every situation and improving the end-user experience within a centrally managed corporate mobility model.
With this transaction, alongside other strategic agreements, the company is strengthening its value proposition and accelerating the evolution of BUSUP towards a more integrated, flexible, and scalable corporate mobility model, expanding its offering in its key markets: Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Mexico, and the United States.
In 2024, the firm also advised BUSUP on closing an EUR 13 M funding round. A team led by Iñaki Frías and Antonio Guerrero advised the company on these transactions.
