Experience
Antonio is a commercial lawyer with a demonstrated specialisation in the fields of company law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, venture capital, business restructuring, corporate governance, and contract law.
He has participated in relevant transactions for all kinds of business groups and national and international venture capital funds, and has extensive experience advising in processes of investment, divestment, sale and purchase, and acquisition of companies.
Additionally, he has vast experience advising in the field of regulatory law, as well as in pre-litigation situations derived from corporate conflicts.
