Experience

Eduardo specializes in corporate, commercial, financial and business law, with extensive experience in venture capital and public and private M&A operations, corporate restructuring, and the design and execution of both joint venture agreements and commercial distribution channels, both on a national and international level. Likewise, he has years of experience in intellectual property matters and entertainment law.

He regularly advises on venture capital operations, assisting equity funds as well as entrepreneurs in substantial investment and divestment processes. He also advises leading innovative companies in different sectors as their legal director in corporate, financing, IP and commercial matters. Among his clients are venture capital funds, tech and biotech companies, e-commerce, fashion, healthcare, entertainment, travel and leisure, hospitality and telecommunications companies as well as artists, record companies and companies in the audiovisual sector. He also advises national and international credit agencies, institutions of collective investment and investment service companies.
