Transactional Track Record (TTR), the most complete source of information on Iberian market transactions, has published its results relating to the operations market for the third quarter of 2022, in which it once again ranks RCD as one of the most active firms in the market.
In this regard, the firm has been recognised as the most active in the third quarter in the specific Venture Capital ranking, and as one of the most active by value of operations. Similarly, we are among the most active in M&A; specifically, in sixth place.
On an individual level, two of RCD’s partners are positioned in the Top-10 of the general operations ranking, namely Iñaki Frías, partner of the Corporate & Commercial Area, and Oscar Alegre, partner of the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Area. In addition, Josu Ibarzabal, associate of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Area, has been recognised, once again, as a Rising Star Dealmaker.
