Extendam Capital and Panoram Hotel complete the acquisition of a turnkey hotel in Seville developed by Grupo Insur
Extendam Capital, an independent investment company, and Panoram Hotel, a multi-brand hotel management company, have reached an agreement with Grupo Insur, a real estate group and the project developer, for the acquisition of a hotel located in one of the most highly valued areas of Seville
The property is located in the heart of the golden mile of Seville, in the Nervión district, overlooking Plaza de España and the historic centre. It will have 184 rooms, with a four-star rating, and will operate under an international brand. The opening is scheduled for 2028.
A team led by Juan Rodríguez-Loras, Carlos Nogareda, and Jaime Fernández-Prida advised the investment vehicle created by Extendam Capital and Panoram Hotel.
