Inclimo Climate Tech and Suma Capital lead the €6 million funding round for ScrapAd, the digital platform for the sale and purchase of recyclable metals
The venture capital firms Inclimo Climate Tech and Suma Capital —through SC Climate Tech Ventures, their vehicle specialising in technologies that drive climate transition in early stages— led the €6 million Series A funding round for ScrapAd, a start-up that has developed an online platform for buying and selling recyclable metals
The new funds will enable the company to strengthen its leadership in the circular economy, expand its international presence, and continue to develop its technology based on automation, traceability, and digital intelligence.
A team led by Iñaki Frías and Antonio Guerrero advised Inclimo Climate Tech and Suma Capital on this transaction, which was co-led by both investors.
