Experience
Miquel specialises in private law with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), the stock market (MEVA), the sale and acquisition of companies, national and international contractual agreements, and closed-end collective investment undertakings (SCR - Sociedades de Capital Riesgo, or Venture Capital Companies, and FCRE – Fondos de Capital Riesgo Europeos, or European Venture Capital Funds). He is also an expert in national and international commercial investments.
He also routinely advises management bodies and executive teams on the design and implementation of efficient corporate structures, shareholders' agreements, corporate restructuring, and financing transactions, providing a comprehensive vision that combines legal analysis with business acumen.
His experience includes leading due diligence procedures, negotiating and closing complex transactions, and providing ongoing support in matters of corporate governance and commercial risk prevention.
His work includes noteworthy examples of advising companies from a variety of sectors, such as real estate, construction, catering, retail, and holding companies, among others.
