Movertis and Localizador Sherlog launch Movilia, a new technology group for fleet management
Movertis and Localizador Sherlog, leading companies in the B2B and SaaS sectors of vehicle fleet management, have agreed to establish Movilia, a new technology alliance aimed at driving innovation in the sector
The new group, which will be backed by Seaya Andromeda as a financial partner, will integrate and enhance the capabilities of both companies under a shared structure, without altering the identity or operational structure of each brand.
One of the main objectives is to offer solutions tailored to the varying levels of digital maturity within the market and to advance the consolidation of the sector in Spain, with a view to expanding into Europe.
A team led by Oscar Alegre, Iñaki Silva, David Pintos, and Miquel Campos advised Movertis on this transaction.
