RCD advised the shareholders of Witbooking, a Spanish company specialised in the design and development of booking engines for establishments and tourist establishments groups, on the sale of Witbooking to Grupo Septeo, leaders in the development of software and services for the hospitality sector and a gold standard in Europe
The integration of Witbooking with Grupo Septeo will expand its range of technological solutions and the commitment of the company to growth in the international market. In addition, Witbooking will maintain its current identity and team, which will allow for greater resources in R&D&I, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and artificial intelligence, enabling it to evolve and develop even more advanced solutions for the hospitality sector.
