The seville-based company, and&or, acquires icebel, a leading company in the portuguese glass industry
The industrial automation company, And&Or, has acquired the Portuguese company, Icebel, a leader in machinery and technologies for the glass industry in Portugal
With the acquisition of the Portuguese company, the Seville-based group will increase its turnover to over 50 million euros and will have four factories in Spain and Portugal.
Marta Catalán, Partner of the Tax Law Area, and Francisco Esteban, Partner of the Corporate and Commercial Area, were in charge of advising And&Or on this transaction.
