Transactional Track Record (TTR), the most complete source of information on Iberian market transactions, has published its results relating to the transactional market for the first half of 2023.
In the report, the firm is ranked yet another year as one of the most active in the market. In this regard, the firm has been recognised as the most active in the first half of the year in the specific Venture Capital ranking, and as one of the most active by deal value. We are also among the most active in M&A, more specifically, ranked in sixth position.
At an individual level, we are the only firm to have three of its partners in the Top-10 of the general ranking of transactions, namely Antoni Rosselló and Oscar Alegre, partners of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Area, and Iñaki Frías, partner of the Corporate and Commercial Area. Antonio Guerrero, associate of the Corporate and Commercial Area, has also been recognised as a Rising Star Dealmaker.
