Experience
María is experienced in providing legal advice in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship. As part of her regular practice, María advises entrepreneurs, technology companies (start-ups and spin-offs) and pharmaceutical companies, research centres, universities, hospitals, biomedical foundations, and associations.
In particular, Maria has experience in the domain of technology and research results transfer (licensing agreements and research agreements, among others), international contracts, the creation of spin-off companies, the definition of internal strategies and policies for the protection of intellectual and industrial property and trade secrets, the participation in publicly funded projects and consortia, both at national and European level (e.g. the Horizon Europe programme), and secretarial services for technology companies.
