Transactional Track Record (TTR), the Iberian market's platform of reference for transactions, has published its annual report on the 2024 transactional market.
In this report, RCD has been recognised as the leader in the specific Venture Capital ranking for the year 2024 by number and value of accredited transactions. The firm has also been highlighted among the most active in the M&A and Private Equity rankings.
At an individual level, Iñaki Frías, partner of the Corporate and Commercial Law Department, and Antoni Rosselló, partner of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Department, are in the Top-10 of the individual ranking by number of transactions. Antonio Guerrero, associate of the Corporate and Commercial Law Department, was also recognised, in turn, as a Rising Star Dealmaker.
These results once again reinforce the leadership of RCD in the transactional market and position the firm and its professionals among the most specialised in the legal sector.
