Transactional Track Record (TTR), the platform of reference for transactions in the Iberian market, has published its annual report on the 2023 transactional market.
In this edition, RCD has been recognised as the most active firm in terms of number of Venture Capital transactions, second in terms of deal value and among the most active in the M&A ranking.
At an individual level, we are the only firm with three of our partners in the Top 10 of the individual ranking by number of transactions, namely Iñaki Frías, Corporate and Commercial Partner, Antoni Rosselló, and Óscar Alegre, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Partners. Furthermore, Antonio Guerrero, Corporate and Commercial Associate, was recognised as a Rising Star Dealmaker.
