Alberto has extensive experience in providing innovation and entrepreneurship advice to a number of clients, including government agencies, research centres, universities, hospitals, foundations and associations, entrepreneurs, start-ups, and spin-offs.

More specifically, he is an expert in the regulatory and public law aspects of legislation covering innovation, technology transfer, and research findings. He has vast experience in all the areas of law covering research centres, which includes anything from research-specific regulations (Science Act), broad-based regulations (assets, procurement, civil service, taxation, charitable contributions, etc.) and legal status regulations (universities, foundations, associations, syndicates).

Additionally, he has worked with numerous public and private institutions on supporting governing bodies and on drafting internal rules.
