Information notice on Decree-Law on urgent measures to support economic activity developed in leased business premises
The Dispute Resolution Department and the Real Estate and Construction Law Department have written an Information Notice about the new legislation that has been implemented in Catalonia supporting business premise tenants affected by the COVID-19 restrictions
The Parliament of Catalonia has 30 days to validate this Decree-Law that was published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat de Catalunya (DOGC) last 20 October.
