RCD – Rousaud Costas Duran’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship team has advised Netquest, a leading access panel provider, on its sale to German group GfK, a global benchmark in the market research sector. The agreement also includes Wakoopa, a Netquest subsidiary.
Next Monday 22nd February, Ignasi Costas will give a lecture for entrepreneurs, entitled “What you need to know when negotiating with investors”.
RCD – Rousaud Costas Duran has advised AlbaJuna Therapeutics, a spin-off from the IrsiCaixa AIDS Research Institute, on the investment of €3.75M by the pharmaceutical company Grifols, which will support the development of therapeutic antibodies to fight HIV. The amount invested is expected to increase as each molecule development stage is completed.
