DWF-RCD persists as the leading firm in Spain in FinTech according to Chambers and Partners

The Chambers and Partners FinTech 2022 guide recognises the firm as a legal reference for this practice and once again places Ignasi Costas among the best lawyers in Spain in the discipline

The prestigious international legal directory, Chambers and Partners, has published a new edition of its Chambers FinTech 2022 guide, which includes the most recognised law firms and lawyers in this innovative sector. In this new instalment, DWF-RCD has consolidated its position as a leader in FinTech legal advice, repeating the excellent results achieved in last year's guide, and being acknowledged as one of the best firms in this growing discipline. DWF-RCD is also ranked Band 1 in the Private Equity: Venture Capital practice of the European Chambers and Partners guide.

In addition, on an individual level, Chambers and Partners has recognised Ignasi Costas, co-managing partner of the firm and head of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Area, as one of the only two outstanding lawyers ranked Band 1, which places him among the best Spanish lawyers in this practice.

For the elaboration of this guide, Chambers carries out an independent investigation based on interviews with key figures in the innovation sector, both domestically and internationally.

This recognition is yet another example of DWF-RCD's position as a benchmark law firm in the most disruptive and innovative disciplines.
